This Affiliate Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which participants in the Groundhogg Affiliate Program are authorized to promote our products and earn commissions. It is intended to protect the integrity of the program, ensure fairness among participants, and safeguard the interests of Groundhogg and its customers.
Affiliate Registration
To be eligible to join the Groundhogg Affiliate Program, applicants must hold an active Groundhogg license that they personally own and have maintained for a minimum of 31 consecutive days.
All applications are subject to review and moderation by Groundhogg. Applicants must provide accurate and complete information. Approval is not guaranteed and may take several business days. We appreciate your understanding during the evaluation process.
Once approved, you will receive a unique referral ID for tracking purposes and gain access to the private Affiliate Area, where you can view statistics, manage your links, and access promotional resources.
Commissions and Payouts
Affiliates will earn a recurring commission of twenty percent (20%) on the net purchase amount of new Groundhogg licenses and eligible products purchased through their referral link.

Commissions are based on the final purchase price, net of discounts, refunds, and chargebacks. Recurring commissions will cease if the referred customer cancels or discontinues their subscription.
Commission payouts are processed monthly in U.S. dollars (USD) via PayPal. A minimum payout threshold of $50 applies. Only commissions older than 30 days and not subject to dispute will be eligible for payment.
Recurring Commissions and Eligibility
To remain eligible to receive recurring commissions on previously referred customers, affiliates must meet the following requirements:
- Maintain an active, paid Groundhogg license throughout the period in which recurring commissions are received.
- Generate a minimum of one (1) new qualifying referral every twelve (12) months.
Failure to meet these criteria will result in the discontinuation of recurring commissions from past referrals. However, affiliates who later meet the eligibility requirements will resume earning recurring commissions, but only for new qualifying referrals made after eligibility is reestablished.
Certified Partner Program Addendum
Affiliates who are enrolled in the Groundhogg Certified Partner Program are eligible for an enhanced commission rate of thirty percent (30%), subject to continued good standing in the program and compliance with all applicable terms.
Referral Cookie Lifetime
Affiliate tracking cookies have a lifespan of thirty (30) days. This means that if a user clicks your affiliate link and makes a qualifying purchase within that period, you will be credited with the referral.
Refunded Purchases
Commissions will not be paid on purchases that are subsequently refunded. In cases where commissions have already been disbursed for refunded purchases, the amount may be deducted from future payouts.
Allowed Promotional Methods
Affiliates may promote Groundhogg using any of the following approved methods:
- Direct personal referrals
- Original reviews or case studies published on your website or blog
- Social media posts on platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Providing value-driven responses in online communities or relevant websites
Prohibited Promotional Methods
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in termination from the program and forfeiture of commissions:
- Listing affiliate links on coupon or discount code websites
- Bidding on search terms or paid advertisements that include Groundhogg trademarks
- Disseminating false, misleading, or deceptive information
- Sending unsolicited communications (spam)
- Engaging in illegal, offensive, or unethical promotional practices
- Impersonating Groundhogg or claiming official partnership or endorsement without authorization
- Infringing on any Groundhogg trademark or intellectual property
- Making disparaging remarks about Groundhogg or its representatives
- Violating our Community Code of Conduct or any applicable laws
Groundhogg reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary, including suspension or permanent removal from the affiliate program.
Important Terms
Participation in the Groundhogg Affiliate Program does not establish any employment, agency, or legal partnership relationship between the affiliate and Groundhogg. All commissions are subject to final approval. Groundhogg reserves the right to amend this agreement and its terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
