First-time customers can have our team install and setup Groundhogg for you!

Installing Groundhogg from the WordPress Repository

This is the easiest and fastest way to get started.

  1. From your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins » Add New.
  2. In the search bar, type Groundhogg.
  3. Click Install Now next to the Groundhogg CRM & Marketing Automation plugin.
  4. Once installed, click Activate.

Groundhogg is now ready to use! You’ll find a new menu item labeled “Groundhogg” in your admin sidebar.

Manually Installing Groundhogg

If you’ve downloaded Groundhogg as a .zip file, you can install it manually.

  1. Download the latest version of Groundhogg from Groundhogg.io.
  2. From your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins » Add New.
  3. Click Upload Plugin at the top.
  4. Select the .zip file and click Install Now.
  5. Once uploaded, click Activate Plugin.

Installing Extensions Using the Groundhogg Helper Plugin

The Groundhogg Helper makes installing and managing premium extensions simple.

  1. Download the helper plugin from your account.
  2. From your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins » Add New.
  3. Click Upload Plugin at the top.
  4. Select the groundhogg-helper.zip file and click Install Now.
  5. Once uploaded, click Activate Plugin.
  6. Go to Groundhogg » Extensions and add your license key.
  7. After activating your license, you’ll be able to browse, install, and activate any extensions included in your plan.

Manually Installing Groundhogg Extensions

If you prefer to install extensions manually or need to upload a custom extension:

  1. Download the extension .zip file from your account.
  2. In your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New.
  3. Click Upload Plugin and select the .zip file.
  4. Click Install Now, then Activate Plugin once uploaded.
  5. Add your license key in Groundhogg » Settings » Licenses.

Your extension is now ready to use.
