Support Specialist
Have a knack for WordPress and a love for learning new skills? We could use your help providing stellar service to Groundhogg, HollerBox, and MailHawk customers.
Salary Expectations
US: $16/hr to $19/hr
CAD: $21/hr to $25/hr
If you think you’re worth more, we still want to hear from you, we’re negotiable with added responsibilities.
Hours & Timezone
Must be available between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time.
Responsibilities
- Write documentation and record videos related to functions of Groundhogg, HollerBox, and MailHawk products and features.
- Relate customer inquiries to existing documentation and provide valuable answers to customers
- Create documentation for customers if it does not already exist
- Debug, troubleshoot, & confirm customer issues
- Answer incoming pre-sales questions via email and live chat
- Communicate with clients and be supportive in public forums
- Monitor public forums for Groundhogg, HollerBox, or MailHawk mentions
- Test new versions of products and features before public release
Requirements
The only requirement is that you have a great attitude and appetite for learning new skills! But, if you have any of the following, that’s a bonus.
Not required, but useful skills and knowledge:
- Knowledge of WordPress, the plugins and theme frameworks, and WordPress troubleshooting
- Knowledge of servers and hosting environments, caching
- Knowledge of our products Groundhogg, MailHawk, and HollerBox
- Knowledge of marketing, sales, CRM, and/or email marketing
- Previous support roles at other organizations
