What is NOT included?
These services are not included in our complimentary installation service:
- Migrating funnels/automations
- Migrating email templates
- Migrating deals, pipelines, or other sales objects
- Any work that would typically be the responsibility of a marketing agency, (writing emails or designing funnels)
Can I trust Groundhogg with access to my site and contacts?
Yes you can. Groundhogg has been helping businesses since 2018, and we’ve performed hundreds of installs since 2023 for clients. We ensure access to secure data is restricted and protected. Once the installation process is complete, Groundhogg’s access can be revoked to restore sole access to you.
Will Groundhogg sign NDAs or other contracts?
No. If you require the use of an NDA for us to provide service, we will be unable to do so. We have a strict no-contracts rule to avoid liability.
Is this service compliant with GDPR?
Yes, it can be! Please refer to our data processing terms of service. We will securly handle your customer’s data, and we will not retain it after uploading it to your CRM.
