What is the certification process?
Here is what you can expect after signing up.
You must first have a paid subscription with us. This is to ensure that you are familiar with our products and tools.
We will reach out to you to discuss if the partner program is right for you. You may have already received this call. If not it will be coming soon.
Purchase the certified partner training package, which is a $1000 USD initial fee and renews yearly at $500.
Complete our 10 part certification course. The course is to ensure you are familiar with our tools, as well as provide context and strategy tips.
Following your completion of the course you will attend an online live orientation call with other new certified partners.
Receive your certificate, partner badge, commissions access, discounts and more.
How do I earn back my investment?

Why does certification cost $1,000 USD?
We will be referring our users to our consultants when they want help outside our scope of services, so we want to be sure our consultants are committed and invested. Between referrals and a higher commission structure, we expect most consultants will have no trouble earning back their investment.
What is this certification actually worth?
Not $1,000… Its worth more in the neighborhood of $10,000, but that price point is not in line with our core value of providing cost effective sales and marketing tools. So $1,000 it is!
What commissions will I receive?
Partners will recieve a 20% commission rate.
What will the orientation call cover?
The orientation is a chance to meet other partners who are newly certified, as well as ask any questions which the certification course did not answer for you.
What if I can’t attend the orientation call?
The call rotates every two weeks dependent on demand. In the event an orientation call is cancelled or you cannot attend, we will schedule a 1-on-1 call instead.
How many referrals can I expect?
It depends on the amount of traffic that comes from your region. We part out direct referrals based on geographic location. We also promote our partners through our partner directory. You will receive tips for sourcing your own clients in the partner training.
In addition to referrals, partners are also added to our Switch Campaign. You will be paid for switching new clients from other platforms over to Groundhogg. For more details visit this page.
How long is the certification and what does it cover?
The certification is totally online! It’s a 13 part video series with each video in between 5 to 15 minutes long.
33% of the training is focused on providing context to what it means to be a partner, 33% is focused on strategy, and 33% is focused on actual implementation.
As this course is online, it is learn at your own pace.
Can I request a refund?
You can request a refund up to 14 days after your initial sign up. After that refunds will not be provided.
